In the game it is the peak military production structure of the Modern Age, training everything from rocket infantry to battle tanks and half-tracks under one roof. Cluster it with a weapons factory and oil refinery for maximum output — and ring it with anti-aircraft guns and bunker positions, because it will be the highest-priority strategic bombing target on every enemy's list.
